 Welcome to our second yearly recap for the Duggar and Bates families blog! 

January: Gil, Jana, John David, Joseph, and Michaella celebrated their birthdays. The Bates family announced the courtship of Chad and Erin! 

February: Jeb, Trace, Jackson, Addallee celebrated their birthdays. Both families celebrated Valentine's day. 

March: Josh celebrated his birthday.

April: Carlin, Chad, Jason and Ellie celebrated their birthdays. 

May: Erin, Jill, Warden, Jackson, and Grandma Duggar celebrated their birthdays. Both families celebrated Mother's day. Josh and Anna announced the gender of their third child.

June: Michael and Anna celebrated their birthdays. Both families celebrated Father's day. Josh and Anna welcomed their son, Marcus, into the world.

July: James, Jim Bob, and Lawson celebrated their birthdays. Jim Bob and Michelle celebrated their anniversary. The families celebrated Fourth of July. Zach and Whitney announced their courtship.

August: Jennifer, Callie, Josie, Josiah and Nathan celebrated their birthdays. Chad and Erin got engaged

September: Michelle, Judson and Cousin Amy celebrated their birthdays. Josh and Anna celebrated their anniversary. Zach and Whitney got engaged. Ben and Jessa announced their courtship.

October: Katie, Mackynzie, Johannah, Isaiah, Kelly and Joy celebrated their birthdays.

November: Chad and Erin got married. John and Alyssa announced their courtship. Jessa, Alyssa, John, and Justin celebrated their birthdays. The families also celebrated Thanksgiving

December: Josie, Jordyn, Tori, Jinger, Zach, Jeremiah and Jedidiah celebrated their birthdays. Gil and Kelly celebrated their anniversary. Both families celebrated Christmas. Zach and Whitney got married.
