Gil and Kelly have 19 children, 12 children-in-law, and 37 grandchildren with 3 on the way due in Winter 2025 and Spring 2026. Gil and Kelly also have 2 foster grandchildren (Brandon and Michaella).

Grandbabies born in April
This month, we only have two grandchildren celebrating their birthdays. Their birthdays are only five days apart.
1. Allie Webster is the daughter of John and Alyssa Webster. She was born on April 11th. She is the second grandchild of Gil and Kelly Bates.
2. Israel Dillard is the son of Derick and Jill Dillard. He was born on April 6th. He is the fourth grandchild of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar.

Updated Grandchildren born in FEBRUARY
Now that Bobby and Tori have welcomed their son into the world. We have to update our Grandchildren born in February! This was supposed to be out early this month.
1. Gage Smith is the son of Bobby and Tori Smith. He was born on February 28th.
2. Henry Seewald is the son of Ben and Jessa Seewald. He was born on February 6th.
3. Maci Webster is the daughter of John and Alyssa Webster. She was born on February 9th.
4. Gideon Forsyth is the son of Austin and Joy Forsyth. He was born on February 23rd.
5. Hailey Clark is the daughter of Travis and Katie Clark. She was born on February 17th.
6. Brielle Duggar is the daughter of Jeremiah and Hannah Duggar. She was born on February 19th.
7. Brooklyn Duggar is the daughter of Joseph and Kendra Duggar. She was born on February 19th.
8. Miles Balka is the son of Kelton and Josie Balka. He was born on February 21st
